SHIPPING

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We are happy to offer FREE shipping anywhere within Australia on all orders over $120. Orders under $120 carry a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95. As we use courier services, a physical address is preferred. Depending on the distance and remoteness, most parcels will be delivered 3-10 days after the order has been processed. A delivery time estimate will be generated at the checkout.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently, we offer shipping to New Zealand, U.S. and Canada only. We use Australia Post and offer a choice of EXPRESS (up to 4 business days), STANDARD (up to 7 business days) or ECONOMY AIR (up to 10 business days) delivery options. Price is calculated based on weight.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return,  items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Sneaker rubber scuffs easily on any hard surface, so always try on sneakers on carpet to prevent the sneaker from looking worn. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes, in order to receive your complete refund.  All other items must also be in the original packaging.  If there is an issue with your return, we will notify you via email. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@startasaus.com.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, or you have quality concerns, please contact us within 21 days of your purchase and we’ll straighten it out for you.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
